Clash of Tanks is a real-time 1v1 strategy game. You act as a commander. Your mission is simple: destroy the enemy's main base while keeping yours safe. The game uses a side-scrolling perspective. How to Play

Starting your first battle is easy. The interface is clean. You see your base on the left and the enemy on the right. Below the screen, you have your tank cards.

Mouse/Touch: Click on a tank icon to deploy it.
Resources: Watch your credits at the bottom. They refill over time.

The tanks move and attack automatically. Your only job is to decide which tank to send and when to send it.

Which Tanks Should You Choose For Your Army?

In my experience, balance is key. You cannot win with just one type of unit. The game offers several options:

Light Tanks: These are fast and cheap. Use them to scout or distract.
Heavy Tanks: They are slow but have huge health bars. They act as your shield.
Artillery: These units stay back. They deal massive damage from a distance.

I usually combine a Heavy Tank with two Artillery units. This tank and spank method works great for Base Defense and offense.

Tips and Tricks to Win Every Match

Don't spend credits immediately. New players often spam Light Tanks. This is a mistake. Wait until you have enough for a Heavy Tank. A strong formation is better than a weak crowd.
Watch the two routes. The map has two main paths. If your opponent focuses on the top, you can sneak a fast tank through the bottom. Surprise is your best weapon.
Use your base as a shield. Sometimes, it is okay to let the enemy get close. Your base has its own defenses. Let them waste their energy, then counter-attack with a fresh squad.
