Most platform games let you take your time to explore, but VEX Challenges does the opposite. It drops you into a high-pressure environment where the clock is your biggest enemy. You have exactly 10 seconds to navigate through obstacles and reach the green portal. If the timer hits zero, you fail. It is fast, punishing, and incredibly addictive.

Unlike standard platformers, you can't just tap the keys and expect to survive. You need to build momentum. To clear long gaps, combine the forward and jump keys while moving at full speed. As you progress through the 75 unique levels, you will encounter moving saw blades, flying spikes, and disappearing platforms.

Every level contains three hidden stars. While reaching the exit is the main goal, collecting these stars is how you showcase your skills. These aren't just for a high score; they are the currency for the Skins Shop.
You can customize your stickman character with various outfits. Basic skins start at 5 stars, but the most prestigious ones require up to 100 stars. This adds a lot of replay value, as you'll find yourself going back to difficult stages just to grab that one star you missed.
My experience playing this game is that when selecting a level to play, clicking on any level allows me to preview the entire map of that level. It appears on the left side of the screen. This helps me to immediately plan my approach to the challenges. That is my personal experience, helping me master any level.
Additionally, there are two mistakes I frequently make that lead to my defeat. The first is becoming so engrossed in collecting stars that I run out of time to reach the finish line, or get overtaken by opponents. The second is being overly cautious, so afraid of crashing into obstacles that I once again run out of time.
You need to collect the blue stars scattered throughout the 75 levels. Once you have enough, visit the Skins menu from the main screen to purchase new looks for your character.
Simply press the R key on your keyboard. This allows for an instant reset, which is essential for mastering the 10-second time limit.
There are currently 75 levels divided into three different pages. The difficulty increases significantly as you move from Page 1 to Page 3.
